When I go to the gym and I am exercising - not that hard, my heart often does big beats, like its jumping inside. It doesn't hurt but its an awful feeling and I often get it when I'm walking home from the gym too. Should I be worried?

I have to lose a few pounds with in 2 months time but I am not able work out regularly?

I can't work out regularly, I get severe muscle pains in thighs and calves. Due to that I should take atleast one week's break for doing the workout again........Can anyone suggest me a way out as I need to workout on daily basis.

Also, has anyone faced such problems?

Shaving legs and tanning...?

I would love to stop tanning in a tanning bed now that there are so many good sunless tanners on the market. The only trouble is that if I don't tan in the sun or a bed, my legs are very hard to shave, I have to shave more often and I get ingrown hairs. Does anyone know why this is?
***Please only give REAL answers...I really don't want to read immature insults and tips on how bad tanning beds are!

I am getting tiny hard white boil/pimple like thing on my face. What is it and how can I get rid of it?

It been there for long but I feel its just increasing day by day and I have no idea what is that. Its not even like seasonal pimple that comes and goes away. It just stays there near my cheek bone and now its spreading. It was not noticible but now it is cuz few people asked me about it. And now its a bit of a concern to me. HELP!!
