Well I doubt if you are too big. God made you and he doesn't make mistakes. However, what do you consider too big? Is this something you think or something a gf/bf thinks? Lots of information is lacking here. However, if you plan on doing something about this problem, do it right. Go to a doctor.
However, best advice I can give is to accept yourself as you are.
