I can't work out regularly, I get severe muscle pains in thighs and calves. Due to that I should take atleast one week's break for doing the workout again........Can anyone suggest me a way out as I need to workout on daily basis.

Also, has anyone faced such problems?

The doctors told me to slow down on working out a few months ago since I have a heart condition and I have been gaining weight since, I am using a natural weight loss diet .... to help me with my metabolism and my inactiveness.... https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arbonnepuertorico.nsf/p1/1?OpenDocument&shoppingcart=1.... I feel good and it has helped me a whole lot.... I have start walking last week and haven't got sick, the good thing is that this is a natural diet supplements and the dr told me i could take it and he has been monitoring me eversince and said it was fine, so if you want give it a try.... it will not cause heart palpitation, it will not cause insomnia since it does not contain ephedra, caffeine nor any of these things that are comming out now. The doctor told me it is a botanically based diet and the sugars are natural not artificial like the others.... Hope it works with you also, even my brother and sister in law have tried it and we are looking good....Enter the site and you could find it under Weight Loss and nutrition ....

No more pop not even diet. Cut down on the bread. Cut down on the sugar. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. And sleep 8 hours a night.
If you can't work out do little things why you at work like take the stairs and not the elevator.
Do little exercises in a chair. Like lift your feet up and down to work your calves. Flex your stomach muscles in and out.
Below is a link of exercises you can do in your office chair.

Walk as much as possible: take the stairs, walk to the store. Running/cardio is the best way to drop pounds, but if you can't find the time nor energy, walking may be your best solution alongside a healthy diet filled with fruit and vegetables.
Hope that helps:)

try the GM diet plan.. seacrh on google for it, and download the diet plan . if you are a vegan / vegetarian, you can replace the meat with soya.
It helps to reduce between 7 - 10 lbs a week, and is a week plan only ( 5 days). can be repeated once in 6 months.
