Oatmeal is good so is olive oil. Just rub it into your skin. If it is slightly warm to warm so much the better. Salmon has omega, and eating it helps with skin as well. Or check this out from Obey Your Body: Ocean Hand and Body Lotion. It works great as well. I got some as a gift from my daughter in a nail care Kit. They use original Dead Sea minerals. And the Nail Kit is Super too. I had really weak nails, but now after using the Kit they are hard and strong enough to use as guitar picks. My nails did have ridges and would crack and break , but now they shine and are strong as can be. It says it will help yellow nails as well... I don't know about that ....my nails aren't yellow. You can call them at 1-800-490-5255 / 1-888-902-obey, or e-mail @ www.obeyyourbody.com this is made in Israel.

rub your hand with petroleum jelly and put on some cotton gloves. do the same with your feet.
Or you can stick some oatmeal in an old stocking and take a bath - it's also good for people with dry skin or eczema

Castor Oil. Put alittle on your feet at bedtime, put socks on but then wash your hands. You don't want to get it into your mouth. As far as your hands, I need to check with my mom about that. She has all the "old remedies".
