Are there any vitamins especially formulated to make your hair grow?

I am black, my hair is natural no chemicals or weaves.

I am getting married in 9 months and would love this sort of hairstyle on my big day:

or more like this, as I tend to wear my hair in an afro

I keep my hair in braids to help it grow

Any tips?

Her hair is frizzy and poofy? She burned it by straightning her hair. I want to know what age she can get a perm at, or if there's any products that'll make her hair normal again.

I have 3 questions...

-What product can I use (that's not too expensive!) that I can use to relax my curls just a little and get rid of frizzies so my hair isn't kinky?

-What's a good deep conditioning/repairing hair product that will help moisturize and fix some of the damage in my hair?

-How much are quality extensions that I can either clip in or get "braided" in? And if I did get them attached to my hair, how much would it cost? (I want about 3 or 4 inches of extensions)

whoever answers all the questions the best they can will get the 10 points!
Thanks so much!!!

It feels like there now 8237958 different shampoos for "blondes"- and a few people on here say it like lightens hair a bit, does it really?

And so will it make my blonde-brown hair more blonde?

And what's the best brand?

I just got a perm done and I love it. But i want to maintain it properly so that it will lasts longer. I tied my hair up when i went to bed the night after I got my perm, and I'm wondering if that has made the perm limp.

What can I do or use to make my curls more defined and fuller again to make it last?

I just dyed my hair for the fifth time, and people are telling me a lot of things that are scaring the crap out of me, like my hairline is going to start receding and i'll lose all my hair and all that stuff. Is it true?
