You go grey because the folicle holding the hair loses color pigmentation over time. Sometimes it happens at a younger age, but that is usually due to a family genetics situation, rather than just age.

Because as u get older your body stops reproducing all kinds of new cells and new material and u are stuck with what u have. The body stops producing the pigment pieces that are in the hair so all u have is hair without pigmintation.

Don't worry about grey hair unless you you find it down there, yes, I mean in your pubic area, then you know you are getting old. Other than that, the temples or sides of your hair are fine, women like that. I like that. Just worry about your crotch.
