Have you tried powder?
You can use baby powder or a special hair powder, they both work just as good.
Just make sure you rub it in properly, or it may be mistaken for dandruff!
Hope this helped x

Use a good shampoo that emphasizes body, because it strips more of the oils from your hair. Use only very light conditioners, just enough to get rid of the tangles. And avoid touching your hair or brushing it a lot. I have had very oily hair all my life. When I style my hair, I use hairspray and then don't touch it the rest of the day (unless in a windstorm or something). It does stay nice longer that way. Also, hair color will strip some of those excess oils.

I would wash it with a shampoo that treats oily hair. When conditioning don't condition your roots keep conditioner towards mid and end of strands.

use less conditioner in your hair. and when conditioning it, put little or none towards the top of your head ( the roots ) sinces thats where the oils come from your hair mostly. also dont touch your hair a lot, since oils from your hands get onto your hair.

It's said that alot of meat can in someone's diet can make thier scalp produce alot of oil. Maybe you'd want to reduce the amount of meat you eat and maybe substitute with fish instead. Eat lots of vegetables and drink water lots of it. If problems still persist you may want to buy dry shampoo or substitute dry shampoo with cornstarch and simply combing out of your hair. The dry shampoo and cornstarch grab dirt and oil.

Nothing, you will have to wash it everyday. At least you have short hair, I could never do that because washing long hair is a hassle!
