Hair - February 2007

The hairdresser seems to be able to tame it so has anyone got the same problem, and can anyone recommend any products.
If I dry it with the hair dryer, I just have big hair and I look like the wild woman of Borneo, so I end up just tying it back. I have tried it very short but it just curls up in the wrong direction.
Any suggestions

I have long blonde hair which is layerd, I love my hair but even with the layers it just seems to look boring and it just hangs there, with no real shape, Im thinking of cutting it in to a shoulder length bob but shorter at the back and cut in to my neck type of thing but im scared i will totally regret it as it has taken me along time to grow this hair, advice please

my sister once again ruined my hair!!!.. i wanted it a redish purple... it looks BLACK!?!?!.. i need help!!.. i dunno how to get it to fade away enough so i can use a diffrent color..

I'm searching for a PAINLESS hair removal product that actually works. I've been waxing, but my skin simply can't take it anymore. Not only is it painful for me, but I've been getting small rashes where I put the wax. I have very sensitive skin. I've been searching the web and found one product that looked interesting http://hair-removal-plus.isavailable.com/faq.php#1 but, it sounds too good to be true. I'm not too sure about this product

I have hair that when it drying, it corkscrews, but after it finishes drying it gets all wavy and almost afro like, I don't know it could have been too many run thoughs with the brush. What do you think?

I have recently cut my shoulder length but I am planning on growing it waaaaaaaaaay out, like to my knees. Do you think that then I will have thick corkscrew curls? I had corkscrew curls when I had mid-back length hair.

i have a plump oval face and usually go for a ponytail or a plait.low lying ponytail or plait look good on me.how can i enliven my look with the ponytail and plait itself?
i am not fond of styling my hair which would involve going down the scissors but would like to enhance the ponytail or palit look.

I want some volume on my top hair, since my face can look extremely round most of the time. How can I achieve that? I don't know how to back comb properly, so can you, please, tell me how?

My hair is layered and upto my shoulders. It is also curly towards the middle and end. I also plan to wear a flower on my hair.

Do you learn about what hairstyles go with certian face shapes and what haircolors go with certain skintones?

Do alot of caucasian women wear wigs? I am afraid that if people notice I am wearing one, I will be ridiculed worse than I am with my boy-short hair. Extensions are too expensive, I just need to buy some time while my hair grows out. Before you say I should not care what people think, I am 25 and my husband is in the Airforce, and I can promise you alot of Airforce wives act like they are in middle school, they make fun of each other in public all of the time. I had a girl say I was a lesbian in walmart just because my hair is so short!

I already have curly hair and it really curls a lot when it's long, but not enough. I have a shampoo and conditioner that are supposed to make your hair curly or something, but I dunno if it actually does anything.

Are there any products that are specifically used to make hair more curly? I dont want to use any curlers or perms or anything.

i have bits of fly away hair on my head.
its like little pieces and its really hard to put them down and not sticking up
ive tried water alot, hair spray, gel etc..
ive also got a small cowlick which is growing out
how can i put the fly aways down or make them grow out fast??
anything relating to flyaways will help
