Do alot of caucasian women wear wigs? I am afraid that if people notice I am wearing one, I will be ridiculed worse than I am with my boy-short hair. Extensions are too expensive, I just need to buy some time while my hair grows out. Before you say I should not care what people think, I am 25 and my husband is in the Airforce, and I can promise you alot of Airforce wives act like they are in middle school, they make fun of each other in public all of the time. I had a girl say I was a lesbian in walmart just because my hair is so short!

Sure, some white women wear wigs. My grandmother had to wear a wig from the time she was around 16 or so, because she got really sick and most of her hair fell out and never grew again!
But personally, I think some women look really great with super-short pixie haircuts. They often exude a lot of confidence, too! And they can get away with wearing ANY type of outfit and they never look stupid in it.
Growing a boy-short haircut OUT is the worst part of having hair like that, though. THAT's when you might want to wear a wig! Because truthfully, your hair will probably look like crap for about two years. Mine did. :(

Spiking it with gel would do the trick and wearing a cute hat would make you look like a lady instead of a boy. Adding a flower to your hair would make you look Hawaiian.
Many caucasion women wear wigs but most wigs look poorly made and tacky looking.
If you must, go to the drugstore and get those hair clips or tie ons that have fake hair on it. Gel your short hair or slick it back, tie those things to your head reinforcing it with bobby pins. You can do the same if you go to some salons that sell real hair. You can do the same as the one with the fake hair.
And there you have it. A new "do".

Why not go to a salon and get one of the sheik short cuts worn by so many fashionable women? It gives you a chance to enjoy easy care hair and highlight your makeup. It can be great fun to change your style like that. And the "wives" will be jealous of your wash-n-go style!
So, here goes the one you knew you'd hear...don't pay attention to what other people think of you! It doesn't matter what they think unless you let it. YOU give their thoughts power. They have none until and unless you grant it to them by believing that what they say actually matters.

Vanity is such an ugly sin, and the gossip and ridicule that goes with it because others don't accept you for who you are because of how you look is also wrong. If you really want strike back, give them something to talk about, tell them You plan to Shave your head completely bald and get it removed permanently through laser treatment. Sometimes extreme circumstances call for extreme measures, just give them something to think about, you don't nessecarilly have to do it, it will probably shut them up, if it doesn't work they aren't worth your time..

Get some self-confidence!
Instead of feeling embarrassed that some girl says you look like a lesbian, think of it as praise instead.
Once, I cut my hair like spiky-hair short and ppl think I am a butch!
I consoled myself that at least I have nice bone structure to pull it off as a 'butch' look.
Don't worry about it, hair grows back very fast!

I don't know about wigs..
Try Biotin, its a vitamin. It promotes new cell growth and it grew my hair out in no time.
I know people care what other people think, but try not too!...if someone calls you a lesbian they are quite immature...

If I were you, I would go ahead-- besides, what will it hurt?? It would make you feel better in yourself and in turn, make other people think more of you. Next time make sure you don't get it cut that short.
