i dye my hair alot and have tryed different shades of alot of things but blond i really want to try it but i dont know what shade and if my skin can handle it and my eyebrows are kinda dark so will that look weird? i see alot of stars like scarlett johansen have the same color skinf and brows as me and she pulls it off great.....so could i?

I believe that anyone can go blonde, as long as you pick the right shade. It is hard to answer exactly which shade you should pick without seeing your skin. Having dyed my hair a lot myself, I would offer a few recommendations:
1. If you have a warm skin tone, you can probably carry off a honey blonde. If you have a cool skin tone, you might be better off with an ash blonde. Platinum blonde is very hard to carry off, though it looks fantastic on some people - usually those with a very cool skin tone, who are deliberately going for an artificial look. Consult your hairdresser on this if you're not sure. It might also help to go and try on some wigs!
2. Blonde hair and dark eyebrows can look artificial, but lots of people - like Scarlett Johanssen - carry off that look. I think it can look great and sort of 1950s-ish, but do be aware that having blonde hair means you will probably need to tone down your make-up a bit, and perhaps pluck your brows if you don't already.
3. If you've previously dyed your hair a lot, bleaching it can reveal 'steps' of old colour. I once bleached mine and it went pink halfway down the hair - remnants of when I used to be a redhead! Going blonde is a big step, and I would strongly advise that you go to a reputable hairdresser rather than do it yourself at home, at least the first time.

what colour hair have u got at the moment i don't think having dark eyebrows and blond hair will look good. If u do go blond i suggest a dark shade of Blond i think its looks horrible when girls die there hair really bright blond and u can tell there not really blond x

Well how about doing it a step at a time like just have some hightlights to start with and see how that looks, then gradually you can introduce more blond if you like it. Better to do it bit by bit rather than make a drastic change.

You never know til you try! If your brows are too dark, tint them lighter after you get your hair done.

Yeah. just need to bleach the hell outta your hair. and dye it blonde. and you can use face bleach, jolen, too bleach your eyebrows..but all i can say with that.. is be careful.. dont leave it on for too long... it will burn your skin..trust me hahaha
