Hair - January 2007

I have olive-to-warm skin, hazel-green eyes, and long, light brown hair. College is about to start again, and I want to change my hair color so that it will make my eyes look greener and also flatter my olive-ish skin tone. Help! What kind of shades should I look into using? (I'm planning on having it done professionally, I just want some ideas to go in with.)

I have curly hair, and I gave up on straightening it after I found it took forever and it never stayed perfect for even an hour... I love my curly hair, but sometimes you just need a change once in a while, you know? I heard the ceramic flat irons work best, but there are so many brands out there, all just as expensive as the other, and I want to make sure I get a top brand. I love that they actually WORK and your hair STAYS straight and doesn't dry out! I saw there were ionic ceramic ones, but they seem like just another gimmick that's out there... What are the good brands for just normal ceramic flat irons? I'm caucasian and have very long (about half way down my back when straight, shoulders when curly), thick hair. Thanks!

I got side bangs put in but when I part my hair in the center, my bangs aren't even. So does that mean I have to part my hair on the side every day for the next 4 months until my bangs grow out?? Or did the dumb hairdresser mess it up? Thanks.

Okay, I'm 17 and i have dark brown really curly hair. I tried using the L'oreal Pulse color thing but it didn't work out well and that was a few months ago. Should i do it now for real?

P.S. This is the first time i would dye my hair without counting the pulse thing. I want to dye it black.

I wash my hair everyday due to the oilyness, I flatiron my hair daily, I did use a straighting serium but I stoped using it becouse I thought it was making my hair oily.Now i use a straghting cream and my hair is still oily,, Also I use a heat protant spray but I never apply it to my roots!!
