It's fine. It's just another vitamin. They will also help your fingernails grow faster too.

Actually since you're already in childbearing years, you should be able to techincally take them. Incidentally not all prenatal vitamins are the same and according to WebMD you should look for vitamins that have these:

4,000 and 5,000 IU (international units) of vitamin A
800 and 1,000 mcg (1 mg) of folic acid
400 IU of vitamin D
200 to 300 mg of calcium
70 mg of vitamin C
1.5 mg of thiamine
1.6 mg of riboflavin
2.6 mg of pyridoxine
17 mg of niacinamide
2.2 mcg of vitamin B-12
10 mg of vitamin E
15 mg of zinc
30 mg of iron

...but this info did come from a pregnancy page.

Talk to a doctor or a pharmacist. Overdosing on iron is deadly! These vitamins maybe too much for a non-pregnant person.

They are a great multivitamin with great extras like folic acid, and a bunch more. They are awesome for healthy hair, and some women swear by them for stong nails, too.

Yes, they just have a little extra...you don't have to be pregnant to take them. A generic brand will save you money and you are getting the same stuff.

Prenatal vitamins are very strong and should be taken only if you are pregnant or your doctor says it's okay.

I wouldn't recommend it. It could throw your whole body chemistry off if you are not pregnant.

yes but they might make you gain weight if you eat too much while taking them.

your nails will grow and your hair will be healthier. You might start pooping green.
