I used it and after a couple of months the hair was blonde at the tips and dark at the roots. Its not noticable though. After the bleach completely faded I went on vacation and my hair turned blond again.. not sure if it was sun and jolen or just the sun.

I use Jolen Bleach on my clients all the time, and that is the best bleach I have ever used, it stays on very long, and I usually do it over every 3 months on some and every 5 months on others.

No there is nothing permanent. What is wrong with the hair you have on your arms anyway? I would not advise you to use any bleaching products on your skin, you don't want to wind up looking like Michael Jackson.

It will stay lightened for about a month, and then gradually fade back to its original color. It is not permanent, but once a month isn't so bad. The only thing permamnent I can think of is electrolysis and laser hair removal, but if you go with these, be prepared to pay about $1,000+.

ITS NOT PERMINANT AND THE BLEACH WILL FADE AWAY IN ABOUT A WEEK TO TWO WEEKS AND YOUR OWN HAIR COLOR WILL BE BACK TO ORIGINAL COLOR.
