I have light brown hair that's mediumish length(just above the middle of my back) and it's layered a little. I don't want highlites because I have natural highlites already. I've had the same hair for a while and I would like to get it cut differently, but I don't know how to get it done. I don't want anything really short. I just really need a change.

I straighten my hair every day and I dyed it. I have alot of split ends and breakidge. I have decided that I want to let my hair go natural and grow it out. I need to know the best shampoo and conditioner that will extremely moisturize and condition my overprocessed hair.

I have dark hair and I"m thinning at the crown making the white scalp more visible. I went to a REALLY expensive stylist and he said to cut it an inch thick but not to put any highlights in it. Some girls have said to add highlights, some have said to shave it bald, some have said to put on a dark filler like eye shadow on the scalp, others have said it's not a huge deal. My question is this: HOW MUCH DOES THINNING AT THE CROWN TURN A GIRL OFF? WHAT SHOULD I DO???

My hair is colored, so i go to the salon at least once every 3 months for a re-touch/touch up. They already charge me a large amount of money for doing that. When it's time to pay, they expect a tip & i usually feel bad if i don't give one. Since i already pay so much for the touch up, is it mandatory to leave a tip? sometimes, i don't like their attitude or how they re-touch my roots. Why do i still feel obligated to leave them a tip? if it is mandatory, then how much is good enough to leave them?

I shave my legs, but my parents don't know that. My mom says that if i shave the hairs grow back and they look darker so i always have to shave. She doesn't have any hair on her legs at all (lucky!) so she wouldn't know how bad it looks to have hairy legs! So ive been looking and i found out that waxing lasts longer and it can make the hairs not grow back at all! But the thing is she won't let me do it.
How can i convince her to?

I currently straighten my hair about once a week, but since I'm training to be a lifeguard both straightening and the chlorine does a good deal on my hair because it's pretty fine. I like to dye my hair too. When I'm not straightening my hair I usually french braid it at night so in the morning it's wavy - which means I have to brush it when it's wet, causing me to rip out hair. I don't like leaving my hair naturally; it's wavy but it's really just a mess. So I was wondering, is there anyway I could style my hair - without heat - to make it wavy? Someone I know mentioned using gel and twising my hair at night when it's wet, but I really don't know what she meant.. so any suggestions would be great!! Just in case it matters, my hair is about 2 or 3 inches below my shoulders.Thank-you!

I like Herbal Essences because of their scents.

I like Tresemmé and Garnier Fructis because of the treatment, and Garnier for the natural extracts.

I like VO5 for the price, and scents.

I also like Pantene's treatments.

What's your favorite brand of shampoo?

Any recommendations?

Thanks.
