i trim my hair every three months to make it grow faster. Why do you think boy's hair grows so fast? You can also go to a hair boutique and buy special shampoos or conditioners that help hair growth

I don't know about taking vitamins for the results you want, but if you don't eat right, your hair will not be healthy and maybe that has something to do with hair growth.
I'm not saying that you don't eat right because I don't know you. Just eat healthy and see if it helps.

a good multi vitamin and some fructis long and strong shampoo and conditioner.An extra e vitamin wouldn't hurt either.

after you wash your hair in the warm water rinse it in cold water.it really worked for me.it got me half the length that i have right now.

don't waste your money or time...take care of your hair and wait.

the best thing is to have your hair braided... when your at home put it in a briad as much as possiible... it really works...

don't cut it, and keep your ends from frying, also eat lots of protien
