Blush and a soft, creamy lipstick will help. Blush and lipstick or a tint/ gloss will add a bit of natural color.

Also, using a brown mascara or brown/black mascara will look more natural. Soft brown or charcoal eyeliner is more flattering too. Black would be a harsh contrast to your skin and hair; you'll look even paler.

You may also consider using a tinted moisturizer for sun protection and sheer, light coverage.

Sugar Daddy nail polish by essie is a beautiful sheer pink that makes your nails look perfect and clean. The soft pink will add a pretty flush. (www.essie.com)

I have the same problem... I am very pale and I look washed out a lot not to mention my skin tone is really uneven... I have tried a lot of bronzers and a lot of them don't work very well, but I would really recommend Loreal Sublime Bronze... there is a spray and wipes, I have not tried the spray yet, but the wipes make you look really good and very natural. Even with this my face doesnt take make up very well so what I do is use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse and then use Covergirl Outlast translucent honey (it matches the tan pretty well) and just a little bit of eye liner and mascara with a little blush and I think the end result looks pretty good. Hope it helped :)

Aurous waves flood this shell in a damascene flow of brilliance, enveloping it entirely in lustrous color. This stunning masterpiece seeks to delight the eye and dazzle the senses with its prismatic magic as its diamond webbing captures the egg in radiant illusion of Rukbat's brightness -- confined then thrown in sprays of fractured luminescence to dance across the curving surface. Hanging from gilt tendrils, myriad iridescent pendants sparkle as they tremble in tenuous contact, crystalline tears ready to drop but which are never shed.
