Use a nice brand of shampoo and conditioner that is specifically for dry and damaged hair. Dove Advanced Hair care makes a kind that is extra moistruzing that I would reccomend, or else you can get a salon brand like biolage which does a nice job as well. Use a deep conditioning leave in treatment once a week as well and that should help.

If your hair is damaged you need to first get a good hair trim at the salon. If your hair is dry you need to use a good Shampoo and Conditioner and leave the conditioner in your hair for about 5 mins. (I use Aveda Brilliant Shampoo and Conditioner which is plant and flower based). Once a week I use Aveda Intensive Damage Restructuring Treatment and leave it in my hair for 20 mins. For the blowdryer I first apply CHI Silk Infusion (a dime size amount non-greasy) and rub it throughout my hair evenly. I then blowdry. If you use a curling iron or flat iron, I suggest you use a heat protectant like Aveda Briliant Damage Control or Motions Heat Protector (yellow bottle). Both are light, non-greasy, and won't weigh your hair down. If you are not blowdrying your hair or applying any heat, I suggest your try Farouk BioSilk Silk Therapy, like the CHI Silk Infusion, you just apply a dime size amount and rub it throughout your hair evenly and it leaves your hair smelling really nice and it has healthy things in there for your hair. If you use gel or mousse, try something alcohol free like John Freida (step 4). Good luck!

What brush do you employ? Your hair is thick, consequently the poofiness. I recommend you commence blowing out your hair to make it sleeker, and clearly utilizing a warmth - secure product to keep your hair secure. I in no way loved "abode mask", my fashionable is Federico Fakkai. Why might want to your hair be damaged? You shade it? sort it? i can answer a thanks to fix your hair in case you clarify extra. ---------------------------------------... must be utilizing the 2d one. The more suitable the bristols, the a lot less pull it has on the hair (damage). the comb you employ is okay, yet not reccomended. Now this is critical to understand what shampoo/conditioner you employ. in my opinion, i exploit Pureology - Hydrate. i do not even ought to straighten my hair anymore (I easily have thich, poofy hair) .. it makes my hair glossy and gentle all day, and repaired it ALOT from even as bleached my hair awhile lower back. Washing the different day is powerful. attempt to apply conditioner really each third day you wash. eliminating too a lot shampooing (even inspite of the indisputable fact that you do not wash as many times) might want to even do the trick, ( a small massive difference, yet nicely worth it). once you blow dry, you should apply a perfect brush, not your fingers. you should apply a product (i recommend Pureology mousee. ) earlier blowdrying - in the different case sure, you'd be a warm poofy mess. when you blow dry, earlier shutting it off - you should blast your hair with chilly air, all round to cool down your hair follicules. This, makes it extra light-weight and 'a lot less poofy'. i extremely imagine your likely utilizing the incorrect hair shampoo/conditioner. because you probably did shade your hair - i can make investments in hydrating shampoo/conditioner, and the Fedrico mask. it truly is 30 USD at an Ulta, and also you employ minimum quantities at a time ... so as that jar lasts awhile. yet when your hair is somehow "clearly" searching damaged.. a mask is wonderful, do not overuse of else your hair will be greasy. you may want to favor to regulate your shampoo/conditioner product, and utilization quantity besides,

Kerastase are the best products I know of for hair, only available from a salon. They are pricey though. Consult a hairdresser for the right shampoo & conditioner for your hair type. You'll notice a huge difference in just a few washes.

Try moisture shampoo. If conditioner isn't too heavy for your hair, pick some of that up too.
