Wow, naturally platinum blonde? that is awesome!
Anywho, I wouldn't use eyebrow pencils, they always look drawn in haha.
Now, they make these little eyebrow filler kits... they come with different shades and brushes, so it looks a lot more natural.
You can go to Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Rite Aid, etc and check them out =)

I wouldn't go with an eye-brow pencil, or even colored mascara. Try using brow-powders, getting just a shade or two darker then your eye-brow color.

Maybe you should try putting some verryyyy light brown and dark blonde... (i really dont know if there are such things.) just to make it subtle and nice. But i dont recommend that you tan your face really dark that it is darker than your eyebrows.

Get a tan. Platinum blond on tan skin is sexy. Especially with no tan lines.

check with a make-up artist- there are brow definers out there that go on like mascara and are just for brows.

covergirl has a blond eyebrow pencil you can you, it will out just enough color on it. I'm a redhead and have the sm prob.
