went to a new hairdressers today and i swear she looked like a martian from a bad b-movie. thought i would give her a go anyway as my ends were a right tangled mess. wanted to get a colour done while i was there as well. i reckon she was a malevolent little biatch as when i saw my reflection in the mirror i looked like i had a tiger sat on my head !!!!

do you think it was the gasp i let out when i walked in that made her do it ?

I use a professional JDL wet to dry iron on my hair daily. I also use the sunsilk straighten up shampoo and conditioner, and the sunsilk anti poof 24/7 cream. I use aussi leave in conditioner and mousse. I live in Florida, and it is so humid, even this close to winter. My hair is perfectly straight when I'm inside, but as soon as I walk outside, it turns wavy and poofy. What else can I try to make it stay straight all day long?

i found this above tip in one website.i know what is highlights.BUt , what do u mean by "Highlits"???

ok, fine if it is highlights(spelling mistake by the website), then how can the lemon juice highlights the hair??

I'm tired of paying outrageous amounts of money to get my hair colored every month or so. Has anyone had success at coloring their hair at home and which brand do you recommend. I'm scared of over drying and damaging my hair and that's why I've always gone to a salon to get my hair colored. Any suggestions or ideas?

I suffer with quite dry hair and very unruly even at the point of 1" long, probbly due to having a double crown. but i am determind to grow it long.

I've been wanting to put colored streaks in my hair, but I found out that even temporary dyes can seriously mess up my natural color. What I'm looking for, and have had no luck finding, are multi-colored, waist length clip in extensions. Basically, something different to add to a braid for one day.

I've been having trouble with a dry patch on my scalp. I've used different shampoos from the salon and I even change my shampoo every month, but it won't work. It will go away for a while and then suddenly it will be back. It's not dandruff, but it looks like huge flakes.
Any advice would be great because I'm sick and tired of it!
