I suffer with quite dry hair and very unruly even at the point of 1" long, probbly due to having a double crown. but i am determind to grow it long.
Any help would be apprieciated,

You should try going to a stylist or getting some kindof hair gel

You need a product for it. Have you tried mousse, gel or wax? Have a look the next time you are at a pharmacy they have all kinds of things which will tame hair for your exact requirements.

keep it shaved off....don't have to worry about it
