Well,
1) You can wet the pillowcase
2) Your hair will sting like dirty water
3) Besides that your hair is more prone to breakage when wet 'cause it is fragile when wet.

good luck dear.

I never heard of that. I go to bed with my hair wet, but it's rolled up in rollers with a scarf wrapped around it. Maybe they say it because it will becomes tangled and hard to comb out in the morning, or maybe you will catch a cold. I really don't know.

Having been tired enough to go straight from the shower to the bed many times, I can honestly say I've never gotten a headache from it, and my eyesight is no worse than it's been for years now. What DOES happen is that you'll have a buttload of tangles and if it's winter you'll freeze.

The main reason is because it will cause you to have Rheumatism in the future.

I'm a good example who suffers from bad rheumatisms because I really like to sleep before blowing dry my hair everytime. Apart from rheumatisms, you'll also have bad headaches in the morning when you wake up if you never blow dry your hair before you sleep.

In addition, your hair will be alittle sticky when you wake up in the early morning because your hair is wet before you sleep and it becomes damp slowly and by the morning, it dries alittle and become slightly sticky. I had these terrible experiences so many times. Try it if you don't believe me!

apart from a wet pillow during the night, i don't think there is nothing wrong with going to bed with wet hair...

i plait/braid my hair when it's wet, and in the morning my hair is in waves...

in sunnertime it's refreshing, but don't do it in winterunless you have awarm room, it's awful to turn over onto wet cold hair

Hair is more fragile when wet ,so laying on your hair when it's wet can do damage to your hair.

when your hair is drying in a certain position, it stays that way. so when you wake up, it will stay the way it was while you were sleeping, and it will be hard to brush it out from the way that it looks because it already dryed that way. I tell you this from experience that happened to me more then once!
