There is no fast way of growing your hair.
Get your hair trimmed regulary stlip ends will shorten your hair more then cutting regulary.
Don't damage your hair but harsh treatments or continuous blowdrying or straightening it.
I wouldn't advise extensions if you can avoid it, which ever ones you get they all damage the hair from the root.
Many advertise they are the best system and they don't damage but they do. They weaken the root and due to the weight of then they can leave you with bauld spots. (not good)
Patience is the best way forward sorry.
If you visit a good salon they can advise of styles that can give you a look that emphasiyses your hair length.

If your hair is in good condition it will grow quickly - therefore care for it well and get it trimmed every 4/5 weeks. If you trim the bare ends off regularly it'll actually grow really quickly because there'll be no split ends to slow it down. Try a thickening serum too, it'll help strengthen the hair and keep it growing. Good luck!

Head massage can stimulate hair growth. Also have regular trims to keep your hair in good condition, you don't want to end up with long hair with bad split ends, so a trim once every 6-8 weeks of just half an inch will keep it in tip top condition. Also use deep conditioning treatments to keep it shiny!

the only thing i do is eat alot of fish n things, it is really good for hair, skin and nails. massage you head in the shower too it will help stimulate the roots and not make it greasy as you are already washing it! apparently plaiting hair over night works, i do this sometimes, but my hair has always grown quick! maybe that is why, maybe not, wont hurt though! x

When I was pregnant, I took prenatal pills. I couldn't believe how my hair and nails grew. I also got my hair trimmed once every 4-6 weeks. I continue to take multi-vitamins, try to eat healthy and get my hair trimmed.

- There 3 things you can try.
1) Brush your hair as it makes the blood flow.
2) Putting your hair up.(i haven't tried it).
3) One rule was to cut your hair as the ends will damage and will split. JUST THE ENDS.

patience - and also DO cut it! get a regular trim - your hair will still grow but you have to keep it healthy by trimming it otherwise your new long hair will look tatty and shabby - a good hairdresser will keep it looking fab while it grows. good luck! xx
