Hair - December 2006

First of all I am an african american girl and Ii just want to know if anyone has any hairstyles that are quick and easy but now plain jane and also that can be done with my natural hair. By the way my hair stop like about 3 to 4 inches below my shoulders. So my hair is kinda long. I just wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions about some different hairstyles I could don beside s a pony tale and up in a butterfly clip or down. HELP!

I have an incredibly thick hair and I'm really having hard time getting a perfect hair cut. My hair "bunches up" when I have it cut short. Please help!

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any advice for me... I've been getting my hair done at a salon but lately I haven't had the time or money to go back & get them touched up. I naturally have really dark brown, almost black hair (I'm Asian) & fair skin color, & my highlights are pretty light, almost blondish. The roots have grown out quite a lot so it's not looking too good right now! =o(
I used to use the Feria highlift browns specially made for lightening dark hair but I noticed that on the box there's a warning not to use it on highlighted hair. Any advice/ideas? Should I just try to use one of those highlighting kits to touch up the highlights myself? Or possibly darken it so it's all one solid color? I'm not sure if dying it all dark would be a huge disaster though since it's already highlighted, it might come out all uneven... bleh.
Any advice would be really appreciated!! Thanx!

Im getting my hair cut and dyed on friday next week, Im getting my hair dyed to my natural hair colour (brunette) and with some purple or pulse red things through it too.. but i dont no what style to get .. should i keep it long or short? Im good with side fringes not real fringes though they annoy me.. i have very thin hair and its straight. heres a picture of me and my hair.. tell me what i should get done.. maybe show me a picture?? thanks!!

I dont know wat it could vbe but I think it is a hormonal issue because of the nuva ring I stopped using it and a week later my hair was falliung out in clumps I used it for ten months and it was my first birth control, I don't know I am always under stress and always busy I don't put chemicals in my hair just hair grese that I have been using my whole life

My hair is brown right now...

If I dye my hair black temporary - 14 washes - what color will it be closer to the end of those 14 washes? Will it stay pretty much the same color of black the whole time or is there a chance of it being grayish or any other colors?

i am african-american, and i use pantene for curly/frizzy hair, use dark and lovely moisture conditioner, and after i dry it, its really poofy and thick. after i flat iron it (straighten it), it looks ok, but not how i want it to be. am i doing something wrong? using the wrong products?

I am 16 and I am a guy.
My natural color is brown but it is lightened a little blonder right now. I am about to go to black hair, but its temporary (14 washes). Will it start to turn gray or another wierd color closer to being gone?...cause surely it goes in stages...not just black one day, brown the next....

And if you dont know the answer to the last question or know this answer then...once the black goes away will it wipe out the blonde too and go to brown or will the blonde come back...(It is blonde right now)
