I use suave and it works well, but every three days or so I use the dog's shampoo. It is made to keep a nice smell and it makes my hair softer and shinier. Dog shampoo is cheaper than people shampoo and keeps hair cleaner longer. And have you ever met a dog with dandruff?

I believe the best bang for your buck would be the Pert shampoos that have conditioner in them. My dad came to my house and used it and he said "that was some great shampoo". I knew it already but it was interesting to hear it from someone else.

well i had very puffy, frizzy hair that was hard to manage. i started using dove's repair treatment shampoo and conditioner and it was wonderful. my hair is straigh again, no frizz, and very easy to control. i had pretty bad hair so the fact that dove really helped should show tat it is a good shampoo

There is no "best". It depends on who you talk to. Try different kinds and see what works best for you. They don't need to be really expensive to be good.

I really like tresamme. I swtich smapoos a lot because they become really ineffective if you you them too long and Tresemme seems to stay consistent and is reasonably priced. Garnier Fructis is really good too.
