is the Olive Oil Nourishing Sheen Spray only for african people's hair?

i got this sheen spray it says its good for dry hair and scalp but i found it in the section for black people's hair only because i could not find anyhting for my staticy and dry hair problem

Mist it and walk under the mist, or spray some on your hands and distribute it through your hair with your hands.

You can use the same products such as oils, just use it lightly to avoid your hair looking too greasy/oily.

It not only for african american it has a better outcome of there hair than other races because it makes people of caucasian decent hair look stragly and stringy which is not good
