I have thick long blonde hair with a perm that has grown out past my ears.
I think I want to get the perm taken out and get my hair cut 3 or 4 inches and then maybe layered or fethered down the sides in front. What do you think of that???/
I want to find the hair cut and style I like and then take it with me when I go to the beauty parlor.
So, is there a site that has different hair styles, like the books they have at a beauty parlor???

I went to my hairdresser the other day and she has been encouraging me to grow out my bangs. I'm 38 y.o. But my forehead is huge! She said I look too much like a "schoolgirl" like I am trying to look young. She said women over 30 should not wear bangs. Actually I look pretty young for my age many people say I look 10-15 years younger than I am. Anyway, I wear bangs mainly to hide my forehead, I tried growing out my bangs once and I looked horrible. What do you all think???

My hair came out too Auburn. It is beautiful but not for me. I want to run a darker brown over it...Should I? I used to be a highlight blonde so my hair is a little dry but not totally damaged. It seems fine after first dye. Being darker actually makes my hair look much fuller and healthier!

I'm talking about hair. You people with your hairless body fixation are so way off base that it's stupefying.

The human body has hair. It comes as standard equipment with genital hair, armpit hair, leg hair, arm hair, facial hair, chest hair, abdomen hair, back hair, butt crack hair. It comes with hair. Some people have more hair than others. It's just hair for crying out loud.

Why have you succombed to this fixation that body hair is undesireable? Why are you so turned off by body hair when it is as natural as breathing?

Would you really not want to be with someone you liked after they took off their clothes and she had more than a landing strip or he had a little back hair?

Would you really no longer be attracted to someone you loved if she had arms that were a little hairy or he didn't shave his balls?

Why did you people become so vain and superficial? Why did you start accepting the idea that a lover had to be hairless?
