Unfortunately, your talking about a synthetic wig. This means that the "hair" is actually plastic, nylon or some other material. The stuff your using on it may not be made for your type of wig. Ask the boutique where you got the wig what they use for their display wigs. They should be more than happy to tell you.

Don't know what kind of wig you have, but when you get ready to buy a new one ,look into Paula Young Wigs. I have a few and I don't use anything on them and they stay soft and manageable. I only order wigs made from Whisper Lite material.

i use Woolite, it is made for synthetic fabrics which is what ur wig is.

Try oil sheen, not only will it make it softer but also shiny.
