ooooo that should be fun! if you really want to be authentic, skip washing your hair for a couple days before and get it really grungy and grody.
if you're a guy and have some long hair, obviously a mullet would be great, but otherwise just take the hair and leave it all dirty-like! don't spike it or put any product in it, unless you twist it in your fingers and twist it downwards, sort of like mini dreads.
same thing for girls. just crumple it up in your hands with product, maybe some pomade. and i would put it in a loose ponytail at the top of the head, falling to the side a little, secured with a ratty scrunchie.
throw on some looney tunes characters t-shirts and dirty holey jeans, and you've got yourself a costume! :)

You didn't say male or female white trash hairdo. If it's a female white trash hairdo, you can copy Joy's hair on My Name is Earl. Hair does not come any white trashier.

A Mullet for a guy... spiky on top and long at the back, if you haven't got long hair you coulf get a wig... For a woman, the same or a huge quiff at the front...

I think a very high permed pony tail on top of your head with as many scrunchies as you can get in it, ooh and don't forget as much hairspray as you can get your hands on for that 'wet' look!

For a girl, don't wash you hair for a while, then pull it into a loose side ponytail. For a guy, just don't wash your hair for a while, and wear a baseball cap.

Usually, that's too long for me. I think it depends on the guy and also his face though. Certain guys may pull off long hair and others can't.
