Somebody stuck chewing gum on my hair (which is quite long) yesterday. Was able to remove the majoriity of it by applying oil. Any ideas how could I remove all of it?

My hair is dk brown, and I decided I wanted to be blond! So, I went to the salon. I am in Korea, and the only one here is the military shop. I showed them a picture of a blond, but they made my hair bright orange. I was so mortified and to be honest, amused at the situation, that I was just as obliging as I could be and got out of there as quick as I could. On the way home, I got a box of blond hightlighting dye. So, the next day, I highlighted my hair so I could get different tones. It didn't really do much, so I put the stuff all over, thinking I could just make it blond. I also decided to do my eyebrows while I was at it, because I looked very silly with big dark eyebrows and orange hair. Now I have blond eybrows and light orange hair. The blond is concentrated at the scalp, tapering down to orange. I am scared to bleach it anymore, for fear of it falling out. I don't want to go back to dk brown, because I'd at least like a change. Maybe red? But I just don't want orange! HELP!

my hair has grown to about 2 inches and when i sleep on it it usually stays down, after i wash it, it's poofy like an afro. is there like some shampoo or anything to make it stay down like permanantly?

i'll joinin' my college within some days.i'm fair,a bit bulky,have long hairand round face but my frontline of head is limp which gives me an overall balnk impression.please give me suggestion as to how i should style my hair (mousse,gel,colors r no no for me on a daily basis). what should i apply in my face while goin' to college evryday.
