Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

If the are very small try waxing; They should grow back but thinner and thinner, Never shave, that would give you the opposite result. Now, if it really bother you and you are ready for the big bucks, go for laser hair removal, this is permanent.

Either get it laser removed, or use NADS until it is very thin, and not noticeable. I prefer NADS...it's a hair removal product, that doesn't sting when you pull it from your skin. If it's small-small, it's probably not noticeable...don't waste your money..

make a thin paste of gram flour and water and apply it on the area
and let it dry.use a thin muslin cloth to scrub the area and wash off,do this every alternate days ,this method ensures that the air
gets removed permanantly.u can massage the area with light moisturiser.

hairy chests are gross.try laser surgery.should cost u a pretty penny but its ok.cause u r worth it.

get raw turmeric grind it well and apply it will be removed permanently.

take injections for removal of hair. it is costly.
