Use frizz-ease shampoo and a ton of conditioner, leave in five minutes. Then towel dry your hair some and apply a frizz serum, not too much though. It'll make your hair oily. Or you can always try to style your curls with mousse, not gel. Too sticky. Try these and see how they work.

I had the same problem so I went to my stylist and got Matrix curl life products (shampoo, conditioner, gel, and hairspray). For my hair they work very well. I didn't like the frizz-ease at all. It made my hair greasy looking. I do use Silk Therapy (from salon) and its awesome to use. Smells great too. It helps wonders for frizz as well.

Try using an anti-frizz serum on it, while it's still damp. Should hold the curl really well. Good luck!

properly, i think of the final element to do, might probibly be to maintain your hair long adequate to placed up in a pony tail. in case you placed on a head band, it is going to tutor you ways to preserve your variety, and keep you cooler in warm climates too. i do no longer recomend reducing it short, reason it is going to nevertheless get on your way, and make the back of your neck sweat. attempt to placed on a hat as much as posible, to maintain your hair shade finding butiful, and not solar bleched. i understand this because of the fact I extremely have long brown curly hair, and that i as quickly as decrease it short, yet that grew to become into between the worst blunders of my existence! do in simple terms what I say, and your hair would be as butiful as you! :) wish this grew to become into effectual!

The only other alternative is chemical straighteners. They cause a lot of damage if not done right.
