Umm, it will. But it will take awhile. And he will have short short little hairs. Its like getting a wax. I will take about 3-4 weeks to have a hair peek through the spot again. Its like losing hair. Theres nothin wrong with it unless he tears out millions of hairs a day. Its like losing hairs, you lose about 150 hairs again from the scalp, clean. It will grow back

Yes. I do pluck my hair off my head sometimes and it does grow back. Then again I have a lot of hair so it is hard to tell.

Yes. New hair will grow from the follicle. That's why women have to keep going back for wax treatments.

Of course it will. Why wouldn't his hair grow back? Maybe it's the language barrier, or your age. It just sounds like a silly question.
