I have bi-racial hair. My boyfriend's mother had her hair really curly the other day and she said she left conditioner in it. Can it make mines curly too?

My sister is trying to loc her hair but her hair is so soft that it won't stay twisted together. Instead it unravels after a few minutes. We bought bees wax but all it did was make her hair straight and stick out. How can we twist her hair together so she can start her locs?
Ps we are African-American women but we do have a mixed heritage background, so our hair is not tightly curled and kinky like black women with beautiful locs

I'm seeing too many "scene" people these days. If you want to stand out, don't ruin your hair by dying it yellow and black. and blah blah blah. Why do people ruin their hair? Cut it all weird, and dye it funny. It think it looks horrible, and they can't possibly think it looks GOOD. So why? Why do people do that? They're not standing out from anyone, because they're so many people doing their hair like that today. It's ugly. Stop it. Why do you do it? Gross.

Hello,fellow Yahoo Answerers. I need help with something.
I want to get my hair permed really bad. I've craved curly hair for awhile,but I always thought I was too young. I'm only 11,so that is why I am asking for help. Does anyone have any tips on what I should do to prepare,or stuff I should bring with me to Master Cuts? (that is where I will be going to get it done.)
Or,any advice at all would be very very helpful.

I have really long black hair that comes all the way down to the bottom of my back. While I like receiving compliments for how long and silky it is, I think cutting it shorter might be better than I expect.

8months ago i had done high lites in sumthin lik whitish blonde...i was really happy wit that color...later on i got the idea of highliting it wit red...my frienz sis who works in sum saloon suggested me that i should do wit her..i had it done and the result was worst..i wasnt happy with the highlites i got cus she mixed it wit orangish blonde !bascially as wel it has red high lites soo the high lites r nt really fast fedding away...does any one got any idea how should get those whitish blonde high lites back on my hair(my natural color is dark brown)...i am really pissed n sad someone pls HELP :(
