To make it curly: I would get a settled perm
To make frizz go away: I buy SunSilk Anti Frizz Shampoo and Conditioner! On sale at Eckerd all week! $1.99 a bottle! tons of ppl picked me as a best answer because they used it and it worked! lemme kno if it works! hope this helps!

vannessa anne hudgonson has beautiful hair but it is very very very hard to achive. the best you really can do is but good product. buy a frizz control cream and a slikining product that striaghtens hair like bead head, only avalible at salons. and a very good straightner.
1. straighten hair then apply frizz control and straightening product.
2. get a large barel curling iron and wait until it gets really really reall hot.
3. comb with a straight comb each section then curl vertacaly.
4. finish with strong hair spray...

Blow dry it using a very large round brush and twist the hair round as you pull it towards the end. Use a non-water based spray to hold the style.

get a straightener and a curling iron and then wash blow dry straighten and either spiral curl with some curlers under a dryer and leave for about 15 minutes then take a loose with some spritz

Get rich and then you can be as close to perfect as they are. I just read today that Jessica Simpson had...hair extensions, plastic surgery on eyebrows, plastic surgery on nose and her lips done. This all cost lots of money and we strive to be as perfect as them but we just don't all have the money. This beauty is bought not given.

well first wash your hair then part kinda toward the middle and kinda close 2 your ear! then put rollers in your hair and then you take them out when it is time and then comb the front toward a mirror and the back comb it sraight back!!!!!!!

Try using mouse and gel and then using a diffuser and crunching ur hair thats wat i do to mine and it comes out like that, but only use a little bit of gel or mouse dont use a ton of it.

ew, her hair is ugly. i hope you don't like vanessa anne hudgens, because she sucks at acting. her movie high school musical is so fake and she doesnt even act that way in real life. and don't tell me "duh, it's acting", because i don't want to hear crap like that.
