try going to a Beauty School. have an advanced student or instructor do your hair. I paid more than half price to get my hair highlighted. it is way cheaper than the salon.

I go to Hair Cuttery. They are cheap and usually do a great job. I always ask for an experienced stylist.

i dont go anywhere to get my hair done i used to go to the beauty shops around here and i always walked out and got home combed my hair and it was always crooked, one side was always longer. i got so fed up with it my hair now hanges down to my butt and i dont care if it drags the ground i will never be lop sided again....
