Hair - June 2006

I swim almost everyday and it is ruining my hair. The ends are starting to feel like hay. I've tried several things and nothing seems to work. My hair is only shoulder length so I hate to keep cutting it. Any suggestions?

I dyed my hair black a long while ago. Im 5'9'' and my hair goes down to just about the middle of my back. I have let the dye grown out so half of my hair is my natural color and the other half is black. I heard it was bad to get the color stripped so thats why I have waited a long time. I want to get it professionaly done and not do it my self. I wouldnt mind a darker brown with highlights not sure. Im just sick of the black!!! HELP.

My hair is naturally medium brown and I dye it black, but
I want to dye it with Manic Panic and in order for it to show up I'm told my hair has to be very light blonde. Can it be bleached back to blonde and if so can it be done without shredding my hair to all hell and back? thanks.

I have moderatly curly and somewhat thick hair that recently has begun falling out. A lot. I have no idea why, because I have not been putting any gel or hair spray in it, and it has usually been very healthy. It feels dry, and is very stiff now, and whever I go, I shed. No one in my family has had this problem at this age. I am very scared and have no idea what's wrong or what to do. Help me!!!

just wondering. Does it look good if a guy keeps his facial hair or does he look better if he shaved. In school, I am part of an ROTC Unit. Guys can either be clean shaved or have a moustache. I decided to shave. It kinda got to be a pain shaving every day for my uniform. Now that it is summer, I don't have to shave for about two months until September, early August. I am thinking of just letting it grow. Does it look better if guys have any sort of facial hair or does it look better if it is just shaven off.
