Sometimes. Nothing is fool-proof. When I had to take swimming some years back, my hair would get wet along the nape of my neck and along the front of my hairline. And this was with a cap that fit.
To protect your hair, saturate it with conditioner before putting the cap on to prevent your hair from drying out.

They do keep your hairs dry, unless there is a hole in your swim cap

NO they do not. I wear one all the time when I swim to keep the hair out of my eyes, and they do not.

Umm I've tried wearing them for tha heck of it and it didn't keep mii hair dry long.
Tip:try not to wear it with thick curly hair...it's hard to brush afterwords.

they keep u'r head dry because it grips on to u'r head so water cant get in. but if u'r hair too long and pops out of the cap then it will obviousley get wet

No but they do reduce the amount of chlorine in your hair and keeps hair out of your face, trust me I'm a swimmer

if you got long hair NO if you got short hair NO they just keep the center of your head dry thats it. i had both short and long styles so beleive me they dont
