The very best human hair that i've tried was the Beverly Johnson line. The only thing is that it's expensive. I paid $25 per pack. ( Please note this was about This hair was the absoulute best and I had it sown in. It kept up forever and it was just the right texture for my hair.
As far as buying it online I would'nt suggest it because you can't see the hair. Different brands have different textures and i'd hate to see you spend money on something that does'nt fit your peticular texture.
Best of luck.

dont buy online, like someone said before you cant see it and feel it to know it will truley match your hair. go to any beauty supply and check out all teh hair they have a great selection down south im not sure where your at but im in georgia and every one i go to has a lot of different textures and colors and usually a good price... i wouldnt suggest buying your hair from sallys though, everytime ive bought from there the hair has napped up or broken and been poor quality
