You can take special vitamins to make your hair grow faster. Wal-Mart or Walgreens should have some. Also, be sure to use a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner to cut down on breakage. Volumizing or clarifying shampoos tend to dry your hair and cause split ends. Also, wait until your hair is almost dry before your use the blow dryer (on days that it's possible). And use a vent brush or paddle brush.

My hair was also down to my butt and pantene pro-v or fructise is NOTTTTTTT the answer! They strip your hair of color, moisture, and the other vitamins that GOOD shampoos and conditioners are supposed to provide for your hair....do LOTS of conditioning treatments. I work with Redken Clear moisture! It's awesome! And make sure you trim it every 4 weeks if you can (just 1/4 or 1/8 inch!) good luck!

I know this lady who had Cancer and she lost all of her hair. She came across this lady who developed this natural hair oil ,and now her hair is longer and thicker now than it was before she got cancer. I started using it and my hair is extra thick and long. I heard the product will be appearing in Walmart stores late fall 2006. Emailo me at missdelawn@yahoo.com if you're interested in a bottle and I 'd be glad to tell you where to get it from.

Just let it grow out....but get it trimmed now and then to get the dead ends off. That and just take good care of it.....comb it each day and wash it and what not and try not to use many chemicals on your hair if you don't really need to use them.

pantene pro-v shampoo and conditioner, plus always putting it in 5 scrunchies after a shower, 2 any other time, works really well for my hair.
