I swim almost everyday and it is ruining my hair. The ends are starting to feel like hay. I've tried several things and nothing seems to work. My hair is only shoulder length so I hate to keep cutting it. Any suggestions?

Infustion 23 leave is really great. I usually put it on dry ends before I go to bed and sleep on a satin pillow case. Something else I read that really worked for me, soak your hair and slather it with leave in conditioner before you take a swim and apply the leave in every 1-2 hours to keep it hydrated. It really makes a huge difference.

Fructiss milk, its a lotion, I use it in my hair and it is curly and think and can be very frizzy, I use the milk and then mouse and I have nice curls
