Going on a girls' shopping day with my daughter (15) later. What should we treat ourselves to?

I have been looking for a tattoo for the last 5years!!

Finally I've seen a design on tattoojohnny.com of a lovely shooting star... my back is the place where im thinking of getting it done!!

QUESTIONS!!!!
On the site, they say that i should pay for the outline/stencil, which is about £6, so that the tattoo artist i use gets the best image of the tattoo i want.... do you think this is necessary??!!
(its a black tattoo)

When going to the shop, which questions should i ask, or what should i look out for?! Ive been looking for years, and seen a really clean new but well established shop. Ive looked at their portfolio, but what am i looking for??!!

Any tips or advice.... xx

I have had the same hairstyle almost all my life .. straight, one length hair .. my problem is .. i have a LOT of baby hair along my hairline .. actually theyre not babies anymore because theyre an average of 4-7 inches hahaha ..

it's not really a problem except when i pull my hair back ... the baby hair makes me look like I didn't comb my hair properly!!! Ive had several people tell me to fix my hair when I have just combed it .. aargh !!!!

any advice how to tame it? or fix it? maybe a way to pull my hair back nicely that will help tame the little imps? help!! =P

Im 16 and I thinking of getting a breast reduction. Im terrified to be honest.. But I dont think its safe for a young person to have a big chest they cant handle. Ive been chesty since I was little and my back is already starting to kill and Im having a hard time breathing. Ive been made fun of when I was in elementary for being 'too mature'. Im not fat. Like its not because of my weight. Its been there ever since puberty. Its genetic. Should I consider it? Should I wait? Are there any important things I should know before going under the knife? I have really thick and coarse hair, and it looks horrible unless I straighten it. I got a hair cut yesterday and all my split ends are gone now and I want to keep it that way.

I'm going to get the chi iron so that it doesn't damage it as much but is there a heat protector product that works great?

I've been using the chi heat protector spray, but I still get split ends

I was always a fan of Doc Marten shoes but since several years ago they started making them in China ( booo I never had a problem with any pair until my my Doc sandals buckle broke .. first pair from China ).
So could you give me some suggestions on some shoes I might like??
Not just sandals but in general . although I do need a new pair of those too... I think quality is worth paying a bit extra if that helps.

I still have a full head of hair but,i shave it everytime. not with a razor but with clippers.When I take a shower i usually just use soap on my head since my hair is so short. Someone just told me i should still use shampoo even though i shave my head because its bad for my scalp. is that true?

I really want to get a small food tattoo just under my ankle on the inner side of my right foot. I've read that mixing iodine and epsom salt with boiling water, then dabbing it on with a cotton ball will help get rid of blackheads. Has anyone tried it and had good results?

I just got my hair cut and I hate it. I used to have side bangs. but she cut them all of! And she cut the layers too short!

when i describe my wedding enhancer and engagement ring being "melted together" i always use the term welded. however, i just got an e-mail from another user saying i am using the wrong term and it is soldering (forgive me if i am spelling anything wrong). now i was under the impression that both terms could be used since there is laser technology that welds the rings together, NOT SOLDERED!

so i am really asking two questions here:

one, can the term welding be used to describe "joining two rings" or am i just completely making up what the jeweler told me?

two, how can you tell if your ring is welded verses soldered? can you tell the difference from just looking at them?

either way, i will probably use the word welded. it means the same thing to me and people understand what i am saying. :P

I have really dark hair and i want to go way lighter than my natural color, but some of the hairstylists i have talked to wont do it for me because they say it would be too much work for them to do. I dont get it...if i'm actually willing to pay someone to do it...i dont see why they wouldnt dye my hair they way I want to.

I am a female who is going on junior year. I am getting tired of getting bookbags that break/rip/etc. However, I admit I did not made good choices.
