If so where do I get a peircing Like this done? Does it Hurt?

And If it Matters...would it matter about getting it cnosidering that I already have 2 peircings in the top ofmy Ear (only one) and 2 on the bottom of each?

It's an industrial.
I have one, and it didn't hurt at all. I have a high pain threshold, so it really depends on you if it'll hurt or not.
You must be 16+ with parental consent until you're 18 in most states.

I believe it is called an industrial...not 100% though. My friend has 22 in her ears and one of them is that one.....if nothing else it depends on the placement of the other peircings...but I wouldn't think that they couldn't work around the few you have already.
Doesn't matter if I think 13 is old enough, the laws in your state determine that. Some places around here you have to be at least 16 with parental consent....other places may be younger with parental consent....basically call the place you intend to go to and ask, and more importantly ask your parents because they will probably have to be there.

You would have 2 get one of your parents to go with you & sign papers saying that they consent to you getting that peircing. I don't know your parents but they would probably want you to wait till your older to get it. I never had that peircing so I don't know if it hurts.

it is a industral ..im pretty sure you can get it with a parents permision and your parent has to go with you.. but call a local place to make sure the laws change all the time lol.. but i know my friends lil sis is 14 and just got her lip and i think a lip is worse than that
and yes it hurts.. it is 2 percings 2 pinches

industrial piercing. Its a cool look, but I think u might be a little to young- on top of that, where are you going to go that allows you to get piercings at 13? usually you have to be 18, if not at least w/ a guardian above the age of 18. wait for a bit at least till 15 or 16

It is an industrial piercing. I just got it not too long ago. I would wait until you are atleast 15. You are too young for any kind of piercing besides your earlobes.

i dont care i think it would be cool if you get your eyebrow pierced. i have absolutley no piercing so i have no idea if it hurts or where to get it done but you have all these other piercings i think you'll be old enough.

its called a cartilage peircing an you can get it at the age of twelve... i know ppl who have it.
