well, i have really bad acne. and I've had really bad acne since i was like 11. and it stinks, big time. but this past October, i was diagnosed with diabetes (type 1) and two weeks prior to being diagnosed, you get really thirsty and you pee alot... because your blood sugar is abnormally high. well anyways, i kept on drinking alot of water, even though i dislike it greatly, and my face got better! but now i hardly drink any water, because I'm not as thirsty... and my face is bad.
BASICALLY... WATER DOES HELP WITH PIMPLES. IT FLUSHES OUT YOUR SYSTEM FROM THE INSIDE, OUT. IF YOU KEEP ON DRINKING IT, YOUR SKIN WILL GET BETTER!

it doesnt help with active pimples really, but it can stop new ones sometimes. It flushes out your system of any impurities, which can cause pimples. Its not really a cure or anything though and if you have bad acne already, it wont do anything
