My natural hair color is a dirty blonde, but I get it highlighted and it naturally lightens if I spend a lot of time outside. My eyebrows are a light-med. brown though.

I think if a girls eyebrows are actually black or a very dark brown, they probably are not natural blonde.

There are only a few ways a blond girl will have black eyebrows. Either she bleaches her hair and its normal color is dark like her eyebrows, or she uses a dark eyebrow liner and pencil to color the hair on her brows, or she dyes her eyebrows black.

Usually, naturally blonde girls have the genes from their parents that give them different features. In this case, they got a gene from their m or d who has dark eyebrows, then (most likely) the other parent has blonde hair, but the blonde hair could be a double recessive- which means neither parents have blonde hair, but have an "unseen" gene in BOTH parents. I have dark eyebrows and blonde hair; my mom has blonde hair and blonde eyebrows, but my dad has dark hair (and big, bushy eyebrows-) If you dont understand the genes and stuff google some biology teen science sites that explain it easy.

Usually, it's because they dyed their hair. Otherwise, it's because their natural hair color was black or brown, but the sun lightened it to blond. Thats why some Asians say that their hair is a dark brown and that's how some brunettes get their natural highlights. THE SUN.
