I have long hair and don't want it short, but I have to get it cut above the ears for work...?

Do you think there is anyway I can have it cut so that it can grow back after my summer job is over?

It's not like, past the shoulder long or anything, just a longer style that covers most of my ears

If you cut it to just barely not be covering your ears it should be back to the way you want by the time you start school again or a little bit after.

Is the hair cut needed just for looks or is it a health and safety issue?

If you need it short for health and safety reasons, then check with the employer, you may be able to whear it tied back or under a hat instead.

If it is for your appearance, then flick through a couple of magazines to find something you like and take the pic with you to the hairdresser.

maybe u can braid ur hair so dat instead of thousands of mangled hairs are in ur face, u jus hav 2 brush away a clump of hair. U can also tie it in a bun so u look gud whil u work. or u can simply tie ur hair bac so dat it duznt go in ur face as much.
