I just got my hair cut and I hate it. I used to have side bangs. but she cut them all of! And she cut the layers too short!
How can I make my hair grow faster, or try to make it look better?

Just practice styles. Get some from magazines, internet, or from celebriteies. Find a few styles that YOU think look nice and are won't take 5 hours to do.

well, generally when you get a new hair cut, you dont like the top part. So try pulling back the top with a barrett. You can also tie either a scarf or a thick headband to hide the bangs or push back the layers. There's not really a way to make your hair grow faster, try massaging your scalp for a minute a day to help the blood flow.

There isn't much you can do to make your hair grow faster. Each person's hair has its own personality and growth habits. I do suggest that you go back to a different salon and speak with a stylist that has had lots of experience dealing with bad cuts. There are a lot of them out there. Start with the manager of each salon and talk to them on the phone. After you have called several then you can make your own judgement as to which one you can go to for help. Sometimes a different way to wear it will make it look better and that is what they are out there for. I hope you didn't pay for the cut you got. If you did, you need to call the salon and ask to speak to the owner or manager about a refund. Sorry about your delima. I hope you find someone who can help you but as far as it growing out, most hair only grows about 1/4 inch a week.

well i usually dont answer questions like this unless the asker gives a picture of themselves, but because i have a heart and feel ur pain, i will change ur perspective rite now and make u feel so much better. ok girl, so i know that school starts in just a few short weeks and i know rite now u r thinking omg my hair will never look better it will look ugly but it wont! im tellin u rite now, it wont if u listen to me. the same thing happend to me last spring. i went to the salon and got my hair cut, the guy cut my hair uneven and i had pretty sideswept bangs, he cut them almost to my hairline, i was crying for 2 weeks and it was horrible, u have to keep ur dignity in tact as well. the good news is hair grows half and inch every month, and for your bangs, thats alot. cuz a girls sideswept bangs are only 2 or 3 inches anyways. now i dont know about u but my school starts in a little less than three weeks, what u could do for the few weeks until school starts is purchas clip on extentions from ulta they are 8 bucks a piece and they stay in tact very well. i am going to tell u now that there is no way to make ur hair growth speed up, and if u try unatural hair products from like target, even beauty stores, it may stop ur natural hormone production, so dont do something stupid like that! just hang in there and stay strong, and b4 u know it your hair will look beautiful 4 school! ur lucky that it is summer so u have extra time for it to grow. hope i helped u!

Since your hair is short already, try a new short hairstyle that is different from the one u currently have. Wearing hats works fine, I dont mind girls with hats, some even look cuter with them on! You can also tie ur hair back into a pony tail as well, then you'll just look casual and no one will really know that ur hair got messed up. During that time, just wait a bit, and hope you've learned ur lesson lol

well the only thing i can tell u is to wait another 6-8 weeks when ur hair has grown so u can get another hair cut...or just go back to the salon and tell the person u dont like it and want another haircut...

eat lots of foods high in protein!!
and take a multivitamin.
everyones hair grows at a different speed.
then there are Myths about tugging your hair before you go to bed and massaging your scalp but those are Myths
until then try to clip your hair in cute styles.

Thats why I dont go to professionals any more. I trim it myself and have for years.....My hair is below my waist now, and no one has mess it up lately. hehe
You could go for an all over shorter look.
Always be sure to express to your hairdresser exactly what you want.
If you want a good stylist..........ask the person in the shop who has the best hair cut and style who did their hair.......then use the stylist who did their hair!

If you wanna get ur hair to grow you HAVE to take ur multi-vitamin, that makes my hair grow way fast. And eat foods with vitamin A like carrots and what-not.

There is no way that you can speed up your genetics and make your hair grow faster. Try wearing headbands, wearing your hair up, and befriend bobby pins (bobby pins are my best friends on bad hair days)
