I'm am going to go get my hair professionally done. Dark blonde/very light brownish base and light blonde and redish higlights. My hair is about medium lenght.
Does anyone know of any pictures or anything? Because I want to know just how this will look.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

I have glasses now and I have an eye appointment coming up and have the option of getting contacts.

If you have contacts, do you prefer them over glasses? If so, why?

Anyone know of places that can replace the heels or re-sole vinyl go-go or knee-high boots? I've got some boots with 2.5" to 3" heels and I don't want those huge chunky heels, I want them very low or flat , like 1/2" (similar to equestrian or riding boots) I realize they might need to replace the entire sole to do this, just wondering where I should take them?

I see a great mens ring I want for myself. Is there a difference in womens and mens rings? I know in shoes it's 1.5 sizes, where a womens 9 is a mens 7.5. I can't go by shoe size cause I wear a womens 9 in shoe and an 8 in ring.

I've never had a bikini wax before. I have sensitive skin. I'm going to see my long distance boyfriend at the end of the month and was thinking of getting a wax before I go (I usually use Nair). I'm going to the hairdresser tomorrow and fancy a change from my layered mid-length style (check my Avatar for a fair idea of what it's like just now). My hair is very fine, very straight, mid brown (I can hide the grey ;)) and suits a layered style for extra volume coz of it's texture but I can't carry a fringe as I've a very strong cowlick in the middle section of my hairline (bummer :/). I'd like to go for a shorter look for a change, but my heavy-framed glasses mean that I'm restricted for choice :( I'm 41 but can carry a much younger look as everyone says I look 5-10 years younger (cool, eh :)) and I've a round face and fair complexion. Any suggestions on changing the style (but not my colour, I like it as it is) without going for a perm (doesn't suit my baby-fine hair) or excessive styling (too lazy for that stuff!), or links to hairstyle websites that deal with looks suitable for eyeglass wearers would be appreciated. I've got about 15 hrs to decide! Thanks :)
