I'm 14, turning 15 in a few months.

My little brother is 10 and wants to get both his ears pierced. My parents changed their mind, and they have just accepted !

Is it dye? Will it harm my hair? I was black haired for 1-2 months, and today I just got it bleached and colored and got told not to color it again or it will break off. My hair is YELLOW! what do I do?

I have two moles on each of my thighs. They're kind of symmetrical, actually. I've had them about...maybe three years? I need a way to get rid of them. It's so embarrassing, and we don't have a dermatologist in our town. Any home removal methods?

Can someone give me advice about applying perfume on clothes because i am allergic to them . What part of the clothes is it best to apply perfume so that it would be recognizable by everyone .And also how come when i apply perfume , after some few hours it i wouldnt hardly smell it and if you apply perfume on clothes whats the maximum hour for it to last long . I am an African american female and while waxing my upper lip a few months ago I ripped off a layer of skin. Ouch I know. It left a nasty scar so that it looks like I have half a mustache. I was using Ambi but it didn't really do anything, so I have switched to Nadinola, and am not seeing much results. Are there any other products that would work better?

from my parents (because they are very very religious and they wouldn't approve) and also for my job, any ideas of places on my body that are easy to conceal? And if your thinking its gunna be a home made one or im not mature or old enough, trust me, i live in california, and most parlors will do it on anyone as long as they have someone of age with them, so its gunna be legitamate. and im mature, you probably wouldnt even see or hear of anything as bad as some of the things ive been through, so im mature waayy beyond my years.
oh and btw, i was thinking a butterfly? i dunno, tat ideas too please!

My hair is brown, & thick. My split ends are getting bad and I'm thinking about cutting my hair. I was sidebangs (never had them before) and layers in the front and long layers in the back, and a little past my shoulders for length. Can anybody find a picture, I've been looking ALL OVER. The new part of the nail is normal but the stained part is coca cola colored and the discoloration is due to hair dye, and/ or poor quality nail polish which left the nail permanently discolored and it clashes w/ & therefore makes it difficult to wear certain colors of varnish like transparent pinks etc...So is there any remedy or treatment for this ?

As told by a hairdresser: There is a poly, plastic, or silicone product applied to the lower quality of human hair extensions to make them more appealing for buyers, however this washes out after a few washings and the hair then is what people wearing the hair complain of as "needs to be replaced" or "just doesn't look like new" etc...Question: Where can this be bought to re-apply it to the hair so it can then be combed and cared for nicely to continue wear?

I need a new leather purse because the strap broke on the my old one. I really like my old purse but before I resort to sewing it back together, I need to try and find a new one.

The purse can be either black or brown, a classic design, must have 2 or 3 compartments, be leather or waterproof, and have pockets for my cell phone and my cards. Any ideas?

I do live near 2 malls and 3 outlet malls. It has to be affordable; I'm not comfortable spending more than $20-25 on it.

this is my routine now:

cleanse
tone
moisturize
scrub (once a week)

i don't have puffy eyes or dark circles. but I'm just worried that i will get wrinkles, should i start using an eye cream from the same line?

i also hear people using night cream. is it even necessary for me now?some say i should start using it early, some say i don't need it till i turn 30.

?
