My hair is brown, & thick. My split ends are getting bad and I'm thinking about cutting my hair. I was sidebangs (never had them before) and layers in the front and long layers in the back, and a little past my shoulders for length. Can anybody find a picture, I've been looking ALL OVER. Please help! THANKS!

it is very important that you have your split endz dealt with as no new style will look good, there is plenty of sites you can see the pictures you want, or just google the type of style you want, you can keep the length at the back, unless i knew your face shape its hard to say what style is best for you, but it is paramount you keep your hair in good condition, and avoid subjecting it to any excess heat ie blow drying to close and to hot, straighteners well the give a temporary fix but excessive use will give you damaged hair, you can go into reputable salon and look at style pics, some salons have computer generated styles for you to try out, but be really sure before any scissors go near your hair, would sort out its condition first

I would tream your hair up and I wouldn't cut it off but I wouldn't keep the sideburns
