Soak it twice a day in sea salt solution. You can either buy H2Ocean and spray that on it, or mix it yourself as follows:
A quarter teaspoon of sea salt (NOT TABLE SALT) to a cup of water, and warm it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Use a gauze pad or a Q-tip to clean your piercing, 2 to 3 times a day. Clean it inside and out. Continue for 2 to 3 months.
Didn't your piercer give you aftercar instructions?

Sea salt soaks 2-3 times daily for 10 mins at a time (1/8 tsp sea salt to 8 oz warm water). Don't use any other products on it. Don't touch or move the jewelry. Don't let the piercing come into contact with other people. No swimming for 12 weeks.

use antibacterial soap dial works the best. than a saline solution on a q tip

U KNOW THE STUFF THEY GIVE YOU 2 CLEAN YOUR EARS WHEN U GET THEM PIERCED U CAN PUT THAT ON THERE
